The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on understanding programming fundamentals rather than just memorizing frameworks. In this role, you will join a high-impact team working on the "engine layer" of a rapidly expanding platform. Your journey will begin by optimizing and stabilizing core modular services, eventually leading to the creation of greenfield, AI-powered tools.

If you are a first-principles thinker who is comfortable working outside rigid frameworks and excited by the challenge of prompt refinement and LLM integration, this is your next career-accelerating move.

What we are looking for:

• Mastery of Golang (or deep experience in strongly-typed languages like C# or Java with a willingness to master Go).
• Proven experience with microservices, modular system design, and service-to-service communication.
• A solid understanding of pub/sub patterns, asynchronous communication, and token-based authentication.
• A "clean code" advocate with a strong grasp of logic flow and modular design principles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern UI concepts to handle implementation within internal template systems.
• The ability to work within custom or proprietary markup/templating systems without the "crutch" of standard third-party frameworks.
• Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.

Nice-to-have:

• Practical experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), including prompt engineering and output validation.
• Familiarity with Dockerized environments and secure, encrypted communication patterns.
• Experience in security-conscious or highly regulated software environments.

Responsibilities:

• Write robust Go-based business logic for modular services, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with a central engine.
• Develop new AI-powered features, focusing on refining prompts and ensuring the reliability of model outputs.
• Bridge the gap between logic and interface by implementing components using internal template languages.
• Participate in architectural discussions and planning sessions with the core team to extend shared components.
• Take full ownership of code quality, security awareness, and long-term maintainability.
