The Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist, LLM to join our fast-growing Network. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

This role goes beyond traditional data science: you will design and deploy advanced data pipelines while leveraging cutting-edge LLM technologies to solve complex business problems, improve data workflows, and deliver AI-driven insights.

This is a long-term, full-time remote position.

Main responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced data and AI pipelines, including statistical modeling, machine learning, and LLM-based solutions tailored to business needs.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar) for tasks such as text classification, summarization, semantic search, and natural language understanding.
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define data and AI requirements, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business impact.
Interpret and communicate findings and model outputs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Optimize and automate workflows, reporting systems, dashboards, and AI-powered analytics.
Continuously explore and experiment with emerging AI and data science tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive innovation and scalability.
Build offline regression suites and gold sets; run A/Bs; track hallucination, toxicity, and PII-leak rates.
Architect RAG pipelines: chunking strategy, embedding choice, retrievers, re-ranking, and feedback loops.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data science or a related field, with a strong track record of applying analytics and ML to real-world problems.
Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.) and strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Proven experience with LLM techniques such as fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, and evaluation.
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying data and AI solutions.

Nice to have

Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Dask, Snowflake).
Knowledge of data governance, MLOps, model monitoring, and LLMOps best practices.
Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
Prior experience in startups or consulting environments, with adaptability to fast-paced contexts.
