Prowinch USA is expanding! We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the integration and customization of our ERP system for our new branches around the world. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital backbone of a fast-growing industrial automation company.

Your Mission

• Lead the integration of our ERP system with Italian and EU financial, tax, and compliance standards (VAT, Fatturazione Elettronica, SEPA, PSD2).
• Develop and maintain APIs for banking, logistics, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, and government systems.
• Design and implement software-to-hardware integrations (CAN-BUS, Modbus, OPC-UA) for hoists, winches, and cranes.
• Automate and optimize order management, procurement, logistics, and inventory workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Italy and the U.S., providing documentation and training.
• Support SEO strategy and implementation across digital platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and performance of web-based tools and e-commerce integrations.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on ERP systems and industrial automation.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, Python, or C/C++.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and microservices.
• Solid understanding of Italian/EU financial regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
• Experience in SEO optimization and digital content performance strategies.
• Languages: Italian (native/advanced), English (fluent), Spanish is a plus.
