Provision is seeking a Marketing Manager to generate leads and drive demand for our B2B food safety SaaS platform. This role sits on the revenue team and reports directly to the CRO. You’ll work closely with both sales and marketing colleagues to design and execute initiatives that grow Provision’s pipeline and position us as a trusted leader in food safety technology.
To thrive in this role, you must be entrepreneurial, highly organized, and results-driven. You’ll be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to manage event logistics as you are analyzing campaign performance or contributing to content strategy. Above all, you’ll be accountable for creating opportunities that fuel Provision’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Marketing: Manage strategy and logistics for attending third-party industry events, and develop Provision’s own branded events that attract and convert prospects
- Campaign Support: Build and enrich prospect lists, support outbound campaigns, and align with the sales team to ensure strong lead handoff
- Content Support: Contribute to content topic generation and draft editing, while helping coordinate speakers or contributors for webinars and campaigns
- Digital Marketing: Launch paid ads, contribute to social media posting and engagement, manage the CRM, and optimize campaigns for lead generation
- Client Advocacy: Collaborate with our Client Success team to turn happy customers into testimonials, case studies, event co-hosts, referrals, and upsells
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of generating leads
- Demonstrated ability to manage events, campaigns, and digital channels
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments
- Ability to travel internationally, up to 15% of the time

- Background in SaaS, food, agriculture, supply chain, or compliance sectors
- Experience collaborating closely with sales teams in a revenue-focused role
- Past success launching and scaling events and outbound
