What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Creative Strategist to drive high-impact creative strategy for our paid media campaigns across digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of data-driven performance marketing and creative storytelling, helping to optimize and scale our acquisition and retention efforts. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop, test, and iterate on ad creatives that convert and resonate with our audience.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute creative strategies for paid social, display, video, and other performance marketing channels to drive conversions and brand growth.
- Partner with media buyers, designers, and content teams to conceptualize and produce high-performing ad creatives.
- Lead A/B testing and creative experimentation, analyzing performance data to inform future creative iterations.
- Stay ahead of platform best practices, emerging trends, and consumer behaviors across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with influencers, UGC creators, and production teams to ensure engaging and effective ad content.
- Translate brand guidelines into performance-driven creatives that maintain consistency while optimizing for ROAS.
- Synthesize insights from performance data, audience segmentation, and market research to refine creative strategies.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or digital advertising for a DTC or e-commerce brand.
- Proven track record of developing high-performing ad creative funnels, including ads and landing pages, that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of paid social, display, and video platforms, with expertise in creative best practices for each.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to guide creative direction.
- Experience working with designers, editors, and content creators to bring ideas to life.
- Knowledge of consumer psychology, conversion optimization, and storytelling in digital advertising.
- Ability to balance brand voice with performance objectives, ensuring a seamless connection between creative and business goals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, execute, and iterate quickly.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or creative production.
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative development and iteration.
- Background in UGC, influencer marketing, or organic content strategy.
