Director of Marketing - Remote - $140,000-$175,000/yr + bonus

Who you are:

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with deep expertise in demand generation, lead management, attribution, and marketing analytics, ideally within the defense/government space.
• Proven ability to measure marketing ROI, validate reporting accuracy, optimize campaigns, and drive qualified pipeline growth.
• Experienced managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and executive-level stakeholder relationships while working within established marketing processes and technology stacks.
• Comfortable leveraging tools such as Salesforce Pardot, SEMrush, webinar platforms, social media management tools, and marketing analytics solutions.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

What you'll do:

• Own the entire marketing function, including demand generation strategy, lead management, ABM initiatives, webinars, podcasts, content marketing, events, and campaign execution.
• Manage a marketing budget, oversee a team of direct reports, and coordinate multiple external partners including PR, SEO, AI optimization, design, web, content, and demand generation vendors.
• Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to improve lead quality, conversion rates, attribution, reporting accuracy, and revenue contribution.
• Optimize and leverage the existing marketing technology stack, including Salesforce Pardot, SEMrush, Goldcast, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and AI-driven marketing tools.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $140,000-$175,000 per year plus bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
