Overview and Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive demand, build brand awareness, and support ProsperityEHR revenue goals. This role combines strategic planning—identifying target audiences, positioning, and messaging—with hands-on execution across digital channels, content, campaigns, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Research
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and differentiators. In collaboration with Product Manager.
- Define buyer personas and customer journeys to guide messaging and channel selection. In collaboration with Product Manager.
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to revenue targets and product roadmaps.
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Architect and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, paid search, paid social, webinars, content syndication).
- Write or edit marketing copy for ads, emails, website landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Oversee creative production, working with designers, video producers, and external agencies.
- Content & Digital Marketing
- Maintain the editorial calendar: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Optimize website content for SEO and user experience; manage CMS updates and landing-page builds.
- Coordinate webinars, podcasts, and virtual events; handle promotion, registrant nurture, and follow-up.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Establish and track KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced, CAC, LTV).
- Build and maintain dashboards in marketing automation and CRM tools: Factors.ai, Apollo, Zoho.
- Perform A/B tests on creative, messaging, and channels; iterate campaigns based on performance data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to ensure lead handoff processes and sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators).
- Work with Product to align on feature launches and value propositions.
- Liaise with Customer Success to generate customer stories and referrals.
- Event & Partnership Management
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including logistics, sponsorships, and collateral.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships (EHR vendors, payors, professional associations).

Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years in marketing roles, within healthcare or healthcare IT
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Marketing automation (Factors.ai, Apollo)
- CRM platforms (Zoho preferred)
- Google Analytics and paid-media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- CMS proficiency (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Strong copywriting and content-creation ability
- Data-driven mindset with proven analytical and reporting skills
- Project management and ability to juggle multiple initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Collaborative spirit and comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Ability to travel 10% of working time, may include overnight/weekend travel
- Must reside in one of the following states: MD, PA, WV, CO, NY, WI, NJ, IA, GA, FL, OH, MN, WI
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
