We're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own a book of partner accounts end-to-end: strategy, execution, relationship, results. You'll be the point person responsible for delivering growth marketing services across Meta and Google primarily, with other channels deployed as each partner needs them. You'll have full ownership of your accounts and earn a commission on the revenue they generate. The more value you deliver, the more you earn.

Compensation
To facilitate ownership, responsibility, and alignment, the Growth Marketing Lead role’s pay structure consists of an $80,000 base salary plus 20% of the revenue of clients assigned to them, paid monthly on collected revenue.
Based on the client book you will inherit, this will equate to an immediate earning of $100,000 - $130,000. We expect this earning to increase as your client book grows. The more value you create, the more you earn.

What you'll own
You're the lead and point person. The face of Prospecthouse for each partner in your book. You set the cadence (weekly or fortnightly meetings depending on partner preference), you build the relationship, you're responsible for the quality of service they receive.
Not just strategy on a slide, but strategy you actually action, learn from, and iterate on. You'll manage ad spend across Meta and Google primarily, with other channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) deployed where they make sense for the partner.
You're responsible for hitting and exceeding key partner KPIs. Not just attributed in-platform metrics, but business revenue and profitability. We look beyond the ad account.
When Prospecthouse acquires a new partner for your book, you'll lead the strategy review and proposal process, with support from our founders.
Our partners
We work with partners across ecommerce and lead generation (service businesses, local businesses, B2B, education). You'll do the same.
Experience running paid media and growth marketing in both is ideal, but we also prefer ecommerce only experience if that is where you are niched. We'll teach you the nuts and bolts of how each side works, from ad account structure and operational processes through to the business growth levers and strategy that actually drive results for each model.
