Senior React Native Engineer

Description

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, testable, and high-performance mobile applications using React Native
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define and build new features
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain a high-quality user experience
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Apply CI/CD practices to accelerate mobile release cycles
• Contribute to architectural decisions and identify opportunities for improving app performance
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team

Technology Requirements

• Mobile Expertise: 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years building mobile apps using React Native
• JavaScript/TypeScript Proficiency: Solid understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem
• Mobile APIs: Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling (e.g., Axios, Fetch, Redux Saga)
• Mobile Performance: Familiarity with optimizing app performance and memory usage
• Testing: Experience with mobile testing tools such as Jest, Detox, or Appium
• App Store Deployment: Knowledge of publishing apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud-based services and mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Firebase)
