As a Software Engineer, you’ll design and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that power ProService’s HR platform and improve how internal teams operate. This role blends strong engineering fundamentals with a practical focus on delivering AI-driven automation and product features that create measurable business value. Success requires balancing speed and quality—shipping reliable code while continuously improving system performance, scalability, and maintainability in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Design, build, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern architectures, APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS, TypeScript, React/Next.js)
Own features end-to-end—from requirements clarification and system design through development, testing, and production release
Develop AI-powered automation tools and workflows that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices while proactively reducing technical debt
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to system reliability and uptime goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions

What You Bring

You bring a strong foundation in software engineering with a track record of delivering reliable, production-grade systems. You’re comfortable owning work from concept through deployment and thrive in environments where priorities evolve and speed matters. You combine analytical thinking with sound judgment, communicate clearly across teams, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes without heavy oversight.

Proven experience building and shipping production-grade software in a SaaS or product-driven environment
Hands-on experience with modern development stacks, including AWS (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS), Git workflows, and web technologies (TypeScript, React/Next.js)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions
Experience working across the full software development lifecycle, including Agile practices (Scrum or Kanban)
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet delivery commitments, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to AI/ML APIs or LLM-based integrations is a plus, especially in building automation or intelligent workflows
