Job Overview
Our first in-house Marketing Manager will own demand generation across every Proseer service line. This includes our existing service lines — Outsourced Accounting (CAS), Tax Advisory, and Fractional CFO — and launching and scaling demand generation for our new VAR practice. You will design the strategy, build the campaigns, and execute the day-to-day programs that fill the pipeline for each department. From standing up the VAR funnel to optimizing and managing our current content strategy, you will create compelling assets, manage multi-channel campaigns, and work directly with firm leadership to position Proseer as the go-to accounting and technology partner for growing businesses.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain Proseer’s 12-month marketing plan tied to revenue targets
• Optimize our CRM (Pipedrive): lead lifecycle, scoring, workflows, attribution dashboards
• Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, ABM, retargeting)
• Plan, promote, and co-host webinars—leveraging Sage and other co-marketing funds when possible
• Optimize and scale our current content marketing including our bi-weekly podcast, blogs, social clips, newsletters, and gated assets
• Produce cornerstone content: e-books, ROI calculators, benchmark reports, and client case studies
• Develop sales-enablement tools (case studies, pitch decks, one-sheet ROI stories)
• Publish weekly KPI scorecards; A/B test landing pages and CTAs for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the professional team to translate expertise into market-ready material
Preferred Qualifications
• 5–8 years of B2B demand-generation experience.
• Exposure to finance-focused solutions—cloud ERP (e.g., Sage Intacct), accounting/tax software, outsourced accounting/Fractional-CFO services, or SMB-oriented SaaS—is a strong plus
• Demonstrated success standing up Pipedrive and driving full-funnel growth
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, basic ABM, and webinar tools
• Strong copywriting and editorial skills; comfortable interviewing subject-matter experts
• Data-driven mindset—fluent in CAC, CPL, funnel conversion metrics, Google Analytics
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and available for limited travel (≈10 %)
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or other accounting/ERP ecosystems
• Prior experience securing vendor Market-Development Funds (MDF)
• Basic design/video skills (Canva, Riverside, Descript, Adobe)
• 1+ year of remote-work experience
