YOUR MISSION

To own and elevate the brand’s social media presence across platforms, crafting and executing strategies that drive engagement, grow followers, and convert audiences into loyal customers. You’ll be the voice of the brand online, creating content that resonates with their audience, fostering community, and leveraging data to optimize performance. Your work will directly impact the brand’s growth and its mission to redefine sleep wellness.

This is a full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

• Create and implement platform-specific strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to grow followers, drive engagement, and increase conversions
• Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content, including static posts, videos, stories, and reels, that aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic
• Act as the voice of the brand, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, and fostering a loyal and engaged community
• Analyze social media performance metrics, identify trends, and iterate on strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of digital marketing
• Lead social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals
• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with DTC brands
• Platform Expertise: You’re proficient in managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms, with a deep understanding of their algorithms and best practices
• Content Creator: You have a knack for creating engaging, on-brand content, including captions, visuals, and videos
• Data-Driven: You’re skilled at analyzing social media metrics and using insights to optimize performance
• Community-Oriented: You’re passionate about building and nurturing online communities
• Organized and Proactive: You can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Communicator: You have excellent English skills (written and verbal) and can clearly articulate ideas and strategies.
• Portfolio: You have a strong portfolio or examples of social media accounts you’ve managed, showcasing your ability to grow engagement and followers

• Experience working with sleep, wellness, or lifestyle brands
• A network of UGC creators or influencers
• Expertise in TikTok content creation and strategy

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

30 Days: You’ve familiarized yourself with the brand voice, social media presence, and key stakeholders

60 Days: You’re developing and executing social media strategies, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

90 Days: You’ve started to see the impact of your work, with measurable growth in followers, engagement, and conversions.
