They've spent over a million euros on influencer marketing in the last five years, and it's become one of their biggest growth drivers. The challenge? Nobody owns it full-time.

Right now, influencer partnerships are split across multiple team members, which means opportunities get missed, relationships don't scale as quickly as they should, and new markets take longer to crack.

They're looking for someone to own the influencer engine end-to-end: identifying high-potential creators, negotiating partnerships, managing activations, and helping scale a proven influencer playbook across multiple European markets.

This is a fully remote, full-time role, spanning two connected companies under the same founder group.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Direct access to founders. No layers between you and the people making decisions. You'll report straight to the founders and, on one side of the business, the Head of Growth too.
  • Two businesses, one seat. You'll run influencer strategy for an established, high-spending consumer brand and get in on the ground floor of a brand new consultancy, shaping how it's done from month one.
  • Real ownership. You decide who to approach, how to pitch them, and how to keep them delivering. Nobody's micromanaging the process.
  • Room to grow with the business. The consultancy is three months old and already working with 4-5 brands. Early hires here have a real shot at growing into bigger scope as it scales.
  • Work that compounds. Everything you do for the core brand becomes the playbook you're also selling through the consultancy, so your wins count twice.
  • Learn a proven influencer growth system. You'll get direct exposure to the exact influencer playbook that helped scale a consumer brand to multiple 8 figures across Europe, while helping adapt and improve it for new brands and markets.

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO

  • Research, identify, and evaluate high-potential influencers across existing and newly launching European markets
  • Build relationships with influencer managers, talent agencies, and creators to secure high-quality partnerships
  • Negotiate partnership structures, pricing, and long-term collaboration opportunities with creators and their representatives
  • Chase and coordinate content delivery, making sure agreed videos and posts actually get made and posted on time
  • Manage product shipments to influencers and keep every moving piece on track
  • Track influencer performance and maintain organized records of partnerships, results, and learnings
  • Hand off high-performing content to the media buying team to push further
  • Bring the same process to consultancy clients once you've got the core brand running smoothly

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have prior experience working with influencers, either in-house at a brand or at an influencer/talent agency
  • You are an excellent communicator who can build real relationships with creators and their managers
  • You are highly organised and can juggle dozens of active conversations and deadlines without dropping any
  • You work independently and don't need hand-holding to get things done
  • You enjoy the relationship-building side of influencer marketing and are comfortable with high-volume outreach, negotiations, and partnership development
  • You have strong commercial instincts and can balance brand fit, audience quality, and partnership economics when evaluating opportunities
  • You have strong written and spoken English, even if it's not your first language
  • Your working hours overlap meaningfully with CET, since most influencer managers you'll be dealing with are in that timezone
  • You're excited by the idea of working across two businesses at once rather than just one

Bonus if you've:

  • Worked specifically in ecommerce or DTC influencer marketing
  • Come from a strong sales background even without direct agency experience
  • Been part of a team that scaled influencer spend into a meaningful revenue channel
  • Helped launch influencer campaigns in new international markets
