YOUR MISSION
To drive the influencer and ambassador strategy that will shape the brand’s presence across social platforms and deepen its connection with a global audience. You’ll lead the charge in identifying, activating, and nurturing long-term collaborations with creators, thought leaders, and ambassadors in the beauty, lifestyle, and wellness space.
From sourcing and outreach to content ideation and performance analysis, you’ll take full ownership of influencer marketing efforts to ensure they deliver real growth and measurable impact.
This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Build and manage a network of creators and influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Set and align on monthly/quarterly budgets for paid and gifted influencer collaborations with the leadership team
- Develop and maintain ambassador relationships with high-profile voices in the wellness and lifestyle space to elevate brand equity and reach
- Co-create engaging and authentic influencer content that communicates product value while feeling native to each platform
- Track and report on performance using metrics like ROI, CAC, engagement, and conversions to optimize campaigns and scale winning relationships
- Negotiate and structure creator partnerships, managing budget, deliverables, and legal compliance with precision and fairness
- Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure influencer efforts align with broader brand storytelling and product positioning
- Stay ahead of platform trends, new formats, and rising creators to continually evolve the influencer strategy
- Develop creative outreach strategies to engage hard-to-reach influencers and build new partnerships in a highly competitive space
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced: You have at least 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally for an e-commerce or wellness/lifestyle brand
- Performance-Driven: You’ve managed campaigns that not only looked great but drove sales, growth, and measurable ROI
- Platform Fluent: You understand the nuances of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and can tailor strategies accordingly
- Relationship-Oriented: You excel at building long-term partnerships with creators, ambassadors, and KOLs
- Analytical: You can break down campaign performance and turn numbers into actionable strategy
- Creative Strategist: You know how to bring a brand to life through authentic, influencer-led storytelling
- Organized and Proactive: You can manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables without missing a beat
- Strong Communicator: You can write sharp briefs, negotiate contracts, and inspire creative collaboration with clarity

- Experience working in the sleep, wellness, or beauty industries
- Existing relationships with creators or agencies in the wellness/lifestyle space
- Experience with affiliate or ambassador programs
