ProRata was founded in 2024 by Bill Gross at Idealab Studio with a mission to ensure that generative AI platforms fairly credit and compensate content owners for their contributions. Our groundbreaking technology enables generative AI platforms to attribute sources and share revenue on a per-use basis, protecting creators, fostering sustainable journalism, and promoting the integrity of AI-generated content.
Role:
We are seeking a talented, mission-driven individual to join us as part of the B2B (business-to-business) Partnerships team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in communicating the value of ProRata's products to current and potential partners, maximizing the impact of our relationships with associations and industry partners in the US and internationally. Responsibilities_:

- Leverage the relationships with key industry stakeholders and associations to educate and amplify ProRata’s value proposition. Build awareness through participation in partners’ events and member communications drive adoption and distribution of ProRata’s product solutions, building a flywheel for growth with and for partners.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for ProRata’s B2B products, including setting clear objectives, selecting channels, and designing strategy
- Create a comprehensive playbook for product marketing 3.0, incorporating AI best practices for media and publishing applications
- Create compelling content and campaigns to showcase the benefits of our products to our partner ecosystem, which includes content owners and creators, industry associations, technology partners, regulators, and legislators
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including product guides, case studies, and webinars that highlight ProRata’s value proposition
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and the partnerships team to ensure alignment between partner marketing strategies and overall company goals. Maintain close communication with leadership and other key stakeholders to ensure that partner marketing programs are integrated seamlessly across the company.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of these ecosystem marketing and partnership initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong background in product marketing, AI technologies, and experience in the media and publishing industry.
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably with a focus on technology integrations or partnerships.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS product marketing.
- Experience managing and scaling partnerships with associations, licensing partners, and consultants.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in partner relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Compensation:
The compensation for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience. The estimated salary range for this role is 150,000 - 175,000 USD.
Location: This position can be Hybrid (Pasadena, CA or Bellevue, WA) or Remote (CA, TX, WA)
- If Remote: Employees are expected to have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup. Occasional travel to the office may be required.
- If Hybrid: This role allows for a combination of remote and on-site work. The specific schedule will be determined in coordination with your supervisor.
