What we're looking for
Our client, a fast-growing US-based e-commerce company, is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to lead impactful design projects and elevate the digital experience across multiple brands. In this fully remote role, you’ll craft high-converting, visually consistent designs that drive growth, collaborating with a diverse global team across marketing, product, and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain Figma files, brand guides, and design systems to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys and e-commerce funnels that maximize engagement and conversion.
- Plan and execute A/B tests using intuitive drag-and-drop tools—no coding required.
- Translate user research, analytics, and heatmap data into actionable design improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch, test, and iterate on new design solutions.
- Manage and prioritize projects across multiple active brands in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within e-commerce or consumer-facing digital products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, and design systems).
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and mobile-first responsive design.
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes from research to launch.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
- Highly independent, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with UX research methods (user interviews, usability testing, surveys).
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or Amplitude.
- Knowledge of web page builder tools (Shogun, Webflow, Unbounce, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective developer collaboration.
- Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
