Our client is a US-based D2C wellness and lifestyle brand known for its high-quality products that support better rest, balance, and everyday well-being.
We’re searching for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Marketing Project Assistant to join a fast-growing US-based company in the wellness and D2C space. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into the marketing world — you don’t need previous marketing experience, but you should be passionate about learning, naturally curious, and excited to grow into a Marketing role over time.
You’ll work directly with the founder in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating projects, and helping bring ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives in a dynamic setting, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
What You´ll Do
- Organize projects, follow up on tasks, anticipate needs and proactively drive projects forward without constant oversight.
- Support marketing campaigns, deliverables, and project timelines from start to finish.
- Assist with tasks like affiliate onboarding, grant applications, brand partnerships, and content coordination.
- Help organize and prepare marketing materials — from brand bios and assets to discount codes and partner resources.
- Manage and update shared folders, documents, and marketing workflows.
- Assist with digital marketing agency requests and follow-ups, as well as video and image asset management.
- Occasionally assist with administrative or research-based tasks related to marketing initiatives.
- Use tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Advance English level is a must
- At least 2 years of experience supporting a C-level executive
- Preferred 5+ years of general professional experience
- Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong follow-through and tenacity — you’re someone who gets things done.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to take initiative and ask questions.
Nice to Have
- Interest in marketing, D2C, and digital growth, with a strong desire to learn on the job.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and Canva.
- Basic understanding or curiosity about AI tools is a plus.
- Bonus: Background in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
