What we're looking for
Our US-based client, a science-led fitness brand focused on low-impact, functional movement, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations across its North American studio network. This role will work closely with the Director of Studio Marketing and play a key part in executing campaigns, managing assets, and supporting franchisees with their local marketing efforts.
We’re looking for someone with agency or fast-paced marketing experience who’s highly organized, a quick learner, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of studio-level marketing campaigns, including membership promos, flash sales, and events.
- Create and manage resources and execution guides for franchisees.
- Maintain brand-aligned assets and templates for email, social media, and in-studio materials.
- Manage studio-level email marketing communications, including automated and promotional sends.
- Help franchisees create and maintain local social media content and engagement.
- Set up studio microsites and local marketing platforms (Google, Yelp, social).
- Assist with campaign performance tracking and provide insights to internal teams.
- Provide day-to-day marketing support to franchisees and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, social media, and digital campaign execution.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with flexibility and efficiency.
Nice to Have
- Experience with asset management tools and brand consistency enforcement.
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, and project management tools like Monday.
- Experience managing email inboxes on behalf of clients or internal stakeholders.
