What we're looking for

Our client, a fast-growing US-based beauty and skincare brand, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to drive organic influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about influencer culture, social media, and data-driven marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll build and nurture relationships with creators, manage large-scale gifting campaigns, and help grow a vibrant creator community that amplifies brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage global influencer gifting campaigns across multiple social platforms, overseeing creator sourcing, fulfillment, communication, and performance tracking.
• Oversee affiliate programs on ShopMy, LTK, and Superfiliate to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Identify, vet, and nurture influencers and affiliates, maintaining strong relationships and fostering an engaged creator community.
• Coordinate gifted UGC partnerships, negotiate trade deals, ensure on-brand content delivery, and collaborate with the paid media team on performance analysis.
• Consolidate and report on performance data across platforms, delivering insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns.
• Stay current with influencer, gifting, and social media trends to bring innovative ideas that enhance brand visibility and advocacy.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Affiliate Marketing (beauty/skincare preferred).
• Strong understanding of influencer strategy, gifting, and affiliate management.
• Proficiency with Archive, LTK, ShopMy, Superfiliate, and CRM or influencer management tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable reporting on performance data.

Nice to have

• Experience managing UGC campaigns or creator trade deals.
• Familiarity with Shopify+, Gorgias, or content editing software.
• Background in beauty, skincare, or wellness marketing.
