What we're looking for
Our US client, a fast-growing retention marketing agency working with CPG brands, is seeking a Marketing Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day operations and marketing initiatives. This role is essential to keeping both internal processes and client-facing projects running smoothly, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows effectively across the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, inbox, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate marketing deliverables and project timelines using tools like Asana or Trello.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas, and support client communications.
- Assist with reporting tasks and help compile performance data for internal and client use.
- Provide general marketing and admin support to keep materials, assets, and operations organized.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable with G Suite, project management tools, and basic spreadsheets.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience in a marketing agency or CPG environment.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or ReCharge.
- General understanding of retention marketing concepts.
