What we're looking for

Our US client, an e-commerce group focused on acquiring and growing Made-in-USA brands, is seeking an Email & Paid Social Graphic Designer to create engaging email templates and static ads for Meta platforms. This role is essential for building brand consistency, improving creative performance, and supporting marketing efforts across both Amazon and DTC channels.

Responsibilities

• Design email templates for marketing campaigns and automated flows based on provided briefs.
• Create high-quality static ads for Facebook and Instagram using approved copy.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn campaign goals into effective visual concepts.
• Organize and manage creative assets in Google Sheets and Dropbox.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience designing emails and social media ads.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with email marketing principles and Meta ad formats.
• Reliable communication skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• A solid portfolio showcasing your work.

Nice to have

• Interest in staying current with design trends, tools, and industry resources (e.g., Meta Ads Library, Milled, CreativeOS).
• Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Ability to bring fresh creative ideas while staying aligned with performance goals.
