What We’re Looking For

Our US client, a lifestyle media brand focused on wellness across content, supplements, and online education, is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to lead their email and SMS strategy. This role is key to improving customer journeys, creating effective campaigns, and driving engagement across several business areas.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage email and SMS flows that support product discovery, course consideration, and content engagement
• Own campaigns from brief to execution — including writing, audience segmentation, and reporting
• Work with creative and data teams to improve messaging and target key points in the customer journey
• Run A/B tests to improve performance metrics like open rates, clicks, and conversions
• Use performance data to inform strategy and campaign planning

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, ideally in wellness, education, or a similar industry
• Strong writing skills with a focus on customer experience and clear messaging
• Proficient in Klaviyo; experience with Hubspot is a plus
• Comfortable working with data and translating it into actionable insights
• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Experience with considered purchase cycles
• Ability to switch between different business models (CPG, media, education)
• Interest in health, wellness, or personal development
