What we're looking for

Our client, a US-based growth marketing agency focused on scaling e-commerce brands, is hiring an Email Designer to create high-converting email and SMS campaigns for direct-to-consumer clients. This role is essential for producing visually compelling, brand-aligned designs that drive engagement and revenue across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive email templates and campaigns that match brand tone and performance goals.
• Ensure consistency across all designs while following brand guidelines and visual direction.
• Collaborate with project teams to align creative work with broader campaign strategy.
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, refining designs as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in email design, testing, and platform compatibility.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email design, ideally in a digital agency or e-commerce setting.
• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop, with a strong grasp of responsive design principles.
• Understanding of email marketing strategy and design for conversions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.
• Experience designing SMS campaigns or static ads for paid social.
• Background working with DTC brands in wellness, lifestyle, or beauty.
