What We’re Looking For

We’re partnering with a fast-growing US-based eCommerce growth agency that helps direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands scale through powerful creative strategy and retention marketing. Their mission is to drive measurable growth for their clients by blending data-driven insights with high-impact design.

They’re looking for a specialized Email & SMS Graphic Designer to join their creative team. You’ll craft visually stunning, conversion-focused email and SMS assets that elevate engagement and retention across a diverse mix of brands — from early-stage startups to established national names.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-converting email templates and campaign assets that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
• Create and deliver retention-focused visuals for Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and SMS content.
• Ensure every email design is fully responsive and optimized for mobile across all major clients and devices.
• Collaborate with project managers and retention strategists to translate creative direction into effective, on-brand visuals.
• Maintain high-quality standards, enforcing consistency across all deliverables and ensuring alignment with each client’s visual identity.

What You Bring

• Proven experience designing and developing assets for Klaviyo (DTC or eCommerce brands preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing email marketing design and responsive layouts.
• Expertise in Figma and Photoshop for digital asset creation and iteration.
• Background in a fast-paced agency or similar high-volume creative environment.
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with additional eCommerce platforms or retention tools.
• Understanding of motion design or dynamic email elements.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients or creative directors.
