What we're looking for

Our client, a fast-scaling DTC eCommerce underwear brand, is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to keep their performance marketing operations moving at full speed. This is an execution-heavy role focused on launching Meta ads, managing creative workflows, tracking performance, and keeping internal processes tight. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure ads go out on time, results are tracked accurately, and the brand stays consistent across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Upload and launch Meta ad creatives with the correct structure, naming, and settings.
• Move winning ads to scaling campaigns and make budget updates as directed.
• Track creative performance and deliver weekly reports (top ads, hooks, KPIs, editor output).
• Manage and schedule content for the brand’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
• Keep Shopify store messaging updated with marketing-driven changes.
• Oversee creative pipelines and keep the team aligned on timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with video editors to monitor progress and raise flags when KPIs aren’t met.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and launching Meta ads.
• Strong understanding of creative performance metrics and marketing KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Applovin.
• Background in DTC e-commerce brands.
• Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business pages.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communicator who can manage cross-functional communication smoothly.

Nice to Have

• Experience coordinating with video editors or content creators.
• Familiarity with Notion or similar project management tools.
