What we're looking for
Our US client, a digital marketing agency focused on scaling E-commerce brands through full-funnel strategies and creative performance campaigns, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead and streamline post-production workflows across short-form ad content for social platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. This role is essential for coordinating creative execution, aligning teams, and ensuring high-quality assets are delivered on time and in sync with performance-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end creative production pipeline across static, video, and motion assets.
- Collaborate closely with editors, producers, strategists, and media buyers to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and delivery standards.
- Oversee task and timeline tracking in Asana, managing internal requests, deadlines, and approvals.
- Ensure seamless communication across teams through Slack and Email, maintaining clear documentation throughout.
- Support the integration of creative performance data, platform trends, and audience insights into the content development process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Creative Project Manager or equivalent role in a digital marketing or post-production environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Asana, with 2+ years using it to manage creative workflows; familiarity with ClickUp and Monday.com also valued.
- Demonstrated experience working with e-commerce brands or performance-driven creative production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable using and integrating AI tools into project management and creative operations.
- A solid portfolio showcasing your work
Nice to have
- Experience working with creative and paid media teams in an agency setting.
- Exposure to motion graphics workflows or a basic understanding of asset specs for short-form platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and creative asset formats (especially for social media advertising).
