We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead for one of the most exciting supplement brands in the market right now.
They've built a dominant position in the UK, nine-figure revenue, profitable, with a loyal customer base and a content-driven approach that's genuinely working. Now they're bringing that same energy to the US, and the influencer is at the centre of the growth strategy.
This is a full ownership role — the kind that's hard to find.
You'll own the channel end-to-end: sourcing and negotiating macro deals, running a high-performing whitelisting program, briefing long-form educational content, and building the US pipeline from scratch. Real budget, real autonomy, direct access to a founder who has built this function himself and knows what good looks like.
What we're looking for:
→ 3-7+ years owning influencer at a DTC brand — ideally brand side in health, wellness, or supplements
→ Experience negotiating with agents and structuring macro deals ($10K–$50K+)
→ A whitelisting programme you've built and managed as a performance channel, not an afterthought
→ Direct Meta Ads Manager fluency — you pull and interpret ROAS, CPA, thumb stop, and hold rate yourself
→ A brief philosophy built around long-form, education-driven, story-first content
Compensation: Competitive base + performance bonus. Remote, US-based.
