Who we are:

Prompt Couture is the AI transformation house for fashion, beauty and luxury, part of the Maisons Prompt group. We work with clients across the world.

We don't sell slide decks about AI. We sit next to creative teams (designers, buyers, marketers) until they look at what they just made and think "wait, did I really do this?" From there we stop pushing. They pull.

The role: Forward Deployed

As an AI Transformation Consultant you are the face and the hands of Prompt Couture in front of the client. Forward deployed: in the room, on site, next to the client's real work.

You will not teach Midjourney and tools. You walk with a designer, a buyer or a brand creative until they can do it on their own, from credibility, because you have been inside fashion and not just talking about it from the outside. And you deliver work that smells of fashion: the client's palette, the client's references, the invisible codes a pure tech person never picks up.

Two tracks, same DNA:

• Product track: you come from buying, planning, merchandising or apparel design. You embed AI into how collections get conceived, bought and decided.
• Marketing, VM & Architecture track: you come from brand, campaign, visual merchandising, content or retail and space design. You embed AI into how brands look, sell and tell their story.

What you'll do;

• Lead AI training and consulting projects, hands on, next to the client team.
• Shape every piece of content around the client's brand, codes and real problems.
• Keep up with how AI is changing fashion creativity and bring it back to the team.
• Work closely with our Product and Research teams to stay sharper than the market.

Who you are:

• 3+ years inside fashion is mandatory. Design, buying, planning, VM, marketing or brand. You have done the work.

• You are comfortable in front of small groups and you like people. This job is human before it is technical.

• AI knowledge is a plus, not a gate (Midjourney, Freepik, Krea, Runway, Nano Banana, Magnific, and the curiosity to keep up).

• Client first, adaptable, with real taste.

• Excited about what AI is doing to creative work, not afraid of it.
