Growth Marketing Lead

A key pillar of our firm is our elite in-house community growth and content team, built to scale digital communities and drive user adoption from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce daily social media content (graphics, threads, recaps) using AI tools (ChatGPT/Midjourney)
• Manage content calendars for X and X Groups, Reddit, Discord, Facebook, Telegram.
• Growth Execution: Implement airdrop campaigns/AMA sessions/community event
• Monitor analytics (Google/Twitter Analytics) to optimize engagement
• Community Management: Moderate Telegram/Discord groups (200-500 daily messages and Identify & nurture potential community
• Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to align operational workflows and coordinate PR interviews
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the Web3 community

Requirements:

• 3+ year experience in social media management/content creation,
• Preferably with a focus on digital and content marketing
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Notion/Trello) & AI content generators
• Ability to handle 3-5 parallel projects under tight deadlines
• Clear communicator in team environments ( Native English + Chinese preferred)
