You’ll work directly with me, Yuval Selik, on The 7 Hats, a personal brand, podcast, and book helping entrepreneurs find success beyond achievement—toward true fulfillment. Your creative vision will shape a movement through branding, web design, and illustration.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and evolve the visual identity for both The 7 Hats and Promomash across digital, print, and social platforms.
• Design unique, high-quality illustrations that enhance storytelling and branding.
• Create visually compelling marketing materials, including newsletters, social media graphics, presentations, and ads.
• Design sleek, conversion-focused web pages and UI/UX elements to ensure an exceptional online experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms while pushing creative boundaries.

What We’re Looking For

🎨 Core Design & Illustration Skills:

✔ Illustration & Branding: Ability to create bold, modern, and visually stunning illustrations and brand identities.

✔ Web & UI/UX Design: Experience designing clean, modern, and user-friendly websites and landing pages (Figma, Webflow, Sketch).

✔ Marketing & Visual Storytelling: Ability to design for social media, newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral that tell compelling brand stories.

✔ Typography & Layout: Strong sense of composition, color theory, and hierarchy to create polished, engaging designs.

🛠️ Technical Proficiency:

✔ Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) for graphics, branding, and animation.

✔ Figma / Sketch / Webflow for web and digital design.

✔ Motion Graphics & Animation (Bonus): Ability to create simple animations or motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

⚡ Strategic & Business Acumen:

✔ Brand Development: Understanding of how to build and evolve a brand’s visual identity while maintaining consistency.

✔ Conversion-Focused Design: Ability to design marketing assets that drive engagement and conversions (ads, landing pages, email graphics).

✔ Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently, think outside the box, and bring creative solutions to business challenges.

🤝 Collaboration & Soft Skills:

✔ Communication: Ability to explain design concepts and collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
