As we scale our internal creative capabilities, we’re seeking a versatile Brand & Digital Designer who can bring Promix’s visual identity to life across all brand and performance touchpoints.
About the Role
We’re looking for a designer who thrives at the intersection of brand and performance - someone who can create cohesive, conversion-minded visuals that feel premium yet purposeful.
You’ll collaborate with our Brand and Performance Creative teams, video editors, and marketing team to concept, design, and deliver high-impact assets across paid social, email, site, and more.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who understands how great design drives growth.
This is a contract, part-time role (estimated 20 hrs/week) reporting to our Director of Performance Creative.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce digital assets for paid social, email, web, landing pages, Amazon content and campaigns
- Support ongoing creative testing with variations, A/B concepts, and performance-optimized design
- Translate brand guidelines into scalable creative systems and templates
- Collaborate with video editors on static and motion content for ad campaigns
- Create digital and print assets for new product launches, promotions, and retail sell-in materials
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Contribute to art direction, concepting, and creative ideation for new campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of design experience (agency or in-house for CPG, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands preferred)
- Portfolio of real work demonstrating strong design fundamentals and proven performance impact
- Must include live examples of paid social ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and/or brand systems
- Spec or mock work will not be considered without evidence of professional execution
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Working knowledge of motion design and creating assets for video and social (bonus if able to animate)
- Deep understanding of performance design principles - visual hierarchy, CTAs, thumb-stopping hooks
- Attention to detail, strong typography, and an elevated aesthetic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight turnarounds
