Job Role: Staff Software Engineer - ServiceNow

Experience Range: 5 to 9 Years

Job Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bengaluru / Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities

• Demonstrated technical capability in custom development for ServiceNow modules like Service

Portal, HR Service Delivery, HR Onboarding and Transitions and ITSM is an added advantage.

• Develop and implement new Aavenir applications on ServiceNow and integrations from initiation to

completion, tailored to the customer requirements.

• Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test

automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.

• Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing on ServiceNow and automate and
• improve business processes.
• Demonstrated good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design,

design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.

• Experience in any front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery,

Angular JS) is an added advantage.

• Configure Web Services to integrate with external applications using REST and SOAP API calls.
• Has worked in a successful start-up environment taking product from sprints to a mature stage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Master's degree in computer science/ IT engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow app development.
• Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow

platform (e.g., Service Portal, ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps)

• Expertise level understanding of ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities are required.
• Experience with web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL. Experience in one

or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.

• Effective communicator with both internal & external stakeholders.
• Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment.
• Ability to work in a start-up environment.
