Prologue has partnered with a Series A Nonprofit Technology company that’s looking to bring on their first dedicated Marketing leader to help define and scale their go-to-market strategy.

As the Head of Marketing, you’ll build the foundation for all things Demand Generation and Growth Marketing, working directly with executive leadership to design data-driven campaigns, scale inbound and outbound motion, and establish the organization’s Marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Demand Generation and Growth Marketing strategy — from campaign ideation to execution and optimization.
  • Build, lead, and scale full-funnel marketing programs focused on acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to align messaging, enablement, and lead quality.
  • Manage digital channels (paid, organic, email, content, SEO, events) and implement performance tracking systems.
  • Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting dashboards to measure ROI and CAC efficiency.
  • Hire and mentor a small marketing team as the function scales.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS Marketing experience, ideally in Nonprofit Tech, Fundraising Platforms, or CRM ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and Marketing-sourced revenue.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $140,000 – $160,000
  • Equity participation in a rapidly scaling Series A organization
