Build Code That Saves Lives. Literally.
This isn’t your typical engineering role. This is your opportunity to apply your skills in a domain where every line of code helps clinicians catch diseases earlier, faster, and more accurately.
Imagine your backend service helping flag an early-stage tumor. Or your frontend UI helping a radiologist navigate a critical case in seconds instead of minutes. That’s the level of impact we’re talking about.
Join a fast-growing team on the front lines of AI-driven healthcare innovation, where your work will be used daily by radiologists making life-saving decisions.
Why This Role Matters
We’re bringing cutting-edge AI into real-world clinical workflows, integrating seamlessly into the tools radiologists already use. This is your chance to build meaningful features, solve hard technical problems, and shape the engineering direction of a product with massive social impact.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop secure backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power AI-assisted diagnosis.
- Build intuitive, high-performance frontend components using modern frameworks (WPF, .NET MAUI preferred).
- Own architectural decisions and influence scalability, performance, and design strategy.
- Set the bar for quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.
- Collaborate closely with clinicians, AI scientists, and product teams to translate real-world challenges into elegant software.
- Mentor other engineers and help define a culture of craftsmanship, ownership, and innovation.
You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience building and shipping software in a product-oriented or regulated environment.
- Medical Device experience is a MUST
- Advanced skills in C# and the .NET ecosystem (WPF, MAUI a big plus).
- Strong grasp of scalable system design, performance tuning, and security principles.
- Experience with Prototype Tools (Cursor etc)
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with modern agile practices, including TDD, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
- An ownership mindset, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit.
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, or other medical imaging standards.
- Experience with AI/ML tools or platforms—especially in healthcare settings.
What You’ll Get
- A rare opportunity to build software that directly impacts patient outcomes.
- A senior role with genuine ownership and room to lead.
- Competitive salary + meaningful equity.
- A remote-friendly, results-driven culture with flexible hours.
- A brilliant, mission-aligned team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious.
Final Thought
If you’re looking for a mission that matters—and the autonomy to make a real dent in it—this is your moment. You’ll join a company where the tech is serious, the mission is personal, and the impact is real.
Let’s build something that truly matters.
