What You’ll Do

Design and develop secure backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power AI-assisted diagnosis.
Build intuitive, high-performance frontend components using modern frameworks (WPF, .NET MAUI preferred).
Own architectural decisions and influence scalability, performance, and design strategy.
Set the bar for quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.
Collaborate closely with clinicians, AI scientists, and product teams to translate real-world challenges into elegant software.
Mentor other engineers and help define a culture of craftsmanship, ownership, and innovation.

You’ll Bring

4+ years of experience building and shipping software in a product-oriented or regulated environment.
Medical Device experience is a MUST
Advanced skills in C# and the .NET ecosystem (WPF, MAUI a big plus).
Strong grasp of scalable system design, performance tuning, and security principles.
Experience with Prototype Tools (Cursor etc)
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with modern agile practices, including TDD, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
An ownership mindset, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit.

Bonus Points:

Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, or other medical imaging standards.
Experience with AI/ML tools or platforms—especially in healthcare settings.
