Marketing Director - US Radiology
This role sits at the center of how we bring AI into the hands of radiologists who need it most. As Marketing Director, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of a marketing plan that builds visibility, drives engagement, and positions the company as a trusted AI partner across hospitals, imaging networks, and enterprise health systems.
You’ll work closely with sales leadership and global marketing to shape how we show up in the market, translating complex technology into powerful stories that resonate with clinicians and decision makers.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and own the US marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and campaign planning.
- Build and execute marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness, and support sales objectives.
- Create compelling content and messaging around AI in diagnostics and workflow optimization.
- Partner with sales to align marketing activities with commercial goals and regional priorities.
- Lead thought leadership and KOL engagement initiatives to elevate our brand voice in the radiology community.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance using key metrics like engagement, leads, and digital reach.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistent execution and brand alignment.
What You Bring
- 10 years in marketing in Radiology or Healthcare Software
- Strong storytelling ability and experience crafting value-driven messaging.
- Background in B2B marketing with global or enterprise-level clients.
- Experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments (start-up or scale-up preferred).
- Natural communicator with a track record of leading and motivating teams.
