The Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist who enjoys leading with empathy, mentoring colleagues, and developing impactful solutions. You will guide technical strategy, deliver hands on analytics and AI, and help shape the future of our platforms.

What You Will Do

Deliver advanced analytics and AI solutions that improve real world outcomes
Lead architecture decisions across cloud, data, and intelligent systems
Mentor and coach data professionals, supporting their career development
Partner with clients to define problems, test solutions, and deliver insights
Contribute to the growth of Project Brain, Marvin, and other strategic platforms
Promote ethical AI practices and a culture of continuous improvement

What You Will Bring

At least five years of experience in data science or machine learning
Strong Python programming skills
Cloud experience, ideally Azure, and familiarity with MLOps practices
Knowledge of graph databases or semantic technologies
A track record of guiding or mentoring others
Strong communication skills with technical and non technical audiences
