We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our team and take ownership of our organic presence, communities, and social-first campaigns. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll develop and execute a social media strategy that grows our brand, nurtures our community, and amplifies customer voices.
What You’ll Do
- Organic Social Media Management – Own day-to-day content calendars and publishing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
- Content Creation – Write, design, and repurpose engaging social content including posts, short videos, carousels, and stories that drive engagement and awareness.
- Strategy & Execution – Build and execute a results-driven social strategy that aligns with business goals, tracks against KPIs, and evolves as platforms change.
- Community Management – Lead conversations across our social platforms, nurture our customer community, and ensure responses are timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned.
- Facebook Group Management – Oversee and grow our private Facebook Groups, turning them into thriving spaces for education, customer success, and peer-to-peer connection.
- Affiliate & Referral Program Management – Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to manage social-driven affiliate/referral campaigns that grow signups.
- Community Event Management – Plan, promote, and host virtual and in-person events (including webinars, live Q&As, and customer showcases) to build deeper community engagement.
- Webinars – Partner with internal stakeholders to promote, host, and repurpose webinar content across social channels.
- Customer Testimonials – Source, collect, and showcase customer stories and testimonials across social platforms in creative, engaging formats.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven success growing and engaging communities, ideally in SaaS, tech, or marketing industries.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills—writing, visuals, and short-form video.
- Hands-on experience with community management (Facebook Groups or similar) and referral/affiliate programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle strategy and execution.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset—you can brainstorm campaigns and measure impact.
- Experience with webinar promotion and execution is a plus.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with small business, entrepreneurial, or network marketing audiences.
