As a user experience designer senior or lead within our Enterprise Data Strategy organization, you’ll support the design of internal tools that help Progressive employees govern data, access data and apply the data more effectively. You’ll partner with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to create consistent, user-friendly experiences across multiple applications. In this role, you’ll shape design strategy, contribute to user journey mapping and prototypes, and build a scalable design library from the ground up. You’ll bring a user-centered mindset to a team that is expanding its approach to design and building foundational standards for long-term consistency.

Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 4 years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services
Preferred Skills
- Strong proficiency with Figma for high-fidelity prototypes; Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a shared design system
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Proven track record of leading design strategy initiatives, including conducting user research, gathering feedback, and translating insights into clear, usable interface patterns, and building accessible designs
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with product and engineering team; Ability to navigate ambiguity and contribute to structure in a changing environment
Compensation
- $110,000 - $160,400/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
