🚀 We're Hiring | Growth Marketing Manager — Meta Ads 📍 Remote | Full-Time
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own Meta Ads end-to-end for a fast-scaling D2C subscription ecommerce company. This is not a "maintain and report" role. This is a build, fix, and scale role.

✅ You close the loop between data, creative, and spend ✅ You flag problems before leadership notices them
✅ You communicate clearly without needing to be managed
Must-haves:
🔹 3+ years managing Meta Ads at $10K+ weekly spend
🔹 Deep understanding of CBO structure, audience segmentation, and lookalike builds 🔹 Experience with Meta Pixel & CAPI conversion tracking
🔹 Ability to explain platform ROAS vs. blended ROAS
🔹 Creative testing at scale (3+ assets/week) with a structured kill methodology
🔹 Track record of turning around underperforming accounts
🔹 Strong English communication for reporting and cross-team coordination
Bonus points for:
⭐ Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen)
⭐ TikTok Ads
⭐ Shopify, Klaviyo, or Recharge experience
⭐ Google Tag Manager / server-side tagging
⭐ D2C subscription or ecommerce background
⭐ Source Medium or similar analytics tools
