We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer with a strong technical background and experience building scalable applications using JavaScript and Node.js. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable leading technical discussions, mentoring junior developers, and making architectural decisions. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Developer, you will take a leading role in developing both frontend and backend applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and related technologies. You’ll help design and implement solutions that modernize IBM i (AS/400) systems, collaborating with both clients and internal teams. You’ll also support junior developers through mentoring and code reviews, contribute to planning and technical discussions, and help ensure that our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with project goals.

Must-Have Skills

• JavaScript (ES6+) – Advanced

• Node.js – Advanced

• HTML/CSS – Strong knowledge

• RESTful API development and integration

• Experience with relational databases (DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)

• Git / GitHub – Proficient

• Technical English – Advanced

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with IBM i (AS/400) environments

• Familiarity with Profound UI or similar tools

• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, etc.)

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Experience working on modernization projects or with enterprise-level systems

• Comfortable working independently and leading technical initiatives
