TITLE: Sr Java Developer - Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, AWS
LOCATION: Remote in US
PAY: Targeting $75-85/hr give or take, and is dependent on relevant experience and expertise
ENGAGEMENT TYPE: ongoing contract with benefits
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Playing a key role in our client's provisioning systems team.
- This role interacts with offshore team members and helps them solve problems as needed.
- Lead by example as their onshore peer.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 8-10+ years of proven experience in backend development - specifically: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, MongoDB, Spring Data JPA, along with these AWS components:
- SQS/any RDBMS required
- Fargate, DocumentDB, Lambda, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, and Aurora PostgrSQL would be very helpful
- Working knowledge of Docker/containers and JSON is required
- Exposure to React and Next could be helpful, but not required
- AWS certifications are strong nice to haves
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
