ProfitSolv is a SaaS business services provider for the legal and accounting industry. We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join our growing team!

ProfitSolv is looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Director for our Legal Cloud Services business units. This experienced Product Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing all Product Marketing functions, including leading the marketing strategy that will deliver on the business goals. This role requires a strategic approach to marketing, a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit to deliver on the marketing goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the channel marketing leads to communicate the brand marketing strategies, ensure positioning, value propositions and offers are successfully executed.  This individual will be accountable to marketing KPIs, and will be responsible for driving the performance of the brands to deliver leads, trials, demos and new logos that will drive increased revenue, as well as cross sell and account expansion initiatives to increase customer value. The Product Marketing Director must be a data driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing high-level strategy with day-to-day tactical execution.

As an Director of Product Marketing, you will:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Define ICPs, key messaging and positioning strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead brand development and positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies and programs. Implement lead nurturing tactics to convert leads into customers. Monitor and analyze lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmap, sales goals, and customer retention initiatives. Foster strong relationships and effective communication across departments.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness. Analyze data and provide regular reports to executive leadership, highlighting campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead the trade shows, conferences, and industry events strategy and ensure maximum brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Own and manage the budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to maximize ROI across campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.

A great fit for this position has:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing roles, with a focus on SaaS marketing. LegalTech industry experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing and leading a small marketing team, fostering collaboration, and developing talent.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Hubspot (or similar) and Salesforce a plus.
  • Creative problem solver with a growth – oriented mindset
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the technology industry or B2B SaaS marketing is highly desirable.
