Profitroom – Empowering Hotels Directly
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. In this support-focused role, you will play a vital part in driving key marketing functions such as Events, Content, Campaigns, and Partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the execution of marketing initiatives, preparing content, and campaign logistics, and helping to facilitate partnerships. As a key role, you will report to the Marketing Manager - Global Markets and work closely with senior marketing professionals, helping to streamline communication, prepare content, and maintain tracking systems. Proficiency in English and the ability to create compelling content are essential, as you'll be contributing to materials that reflect our brand's voice and vision. Your ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks will be crucial in supporting the overall success of our global marketing efforts.
Daily activities:
- Supporting marketing strategies and plans, working closely with the Marketing Manager across all Global Markets. With a focus on Events, Content, Partnerships and Campaignes.
- Creating and implementing our English content marketing activities such as blogs, advertising, online and offline marketing collateral and email marketing.
- Campaign and activity reporting and monitoring in collaboration with Marketing Manager.
- Creating content in line with the Profitroom social media strategy on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
- Supporting the execution of events across all global markets (external and own events).
- Liaison with key Marketing suppliers and consultants for global materials and ABM-related items.
- Periodic competitors analysis - performing research on current trends and audience preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, including involvement in both online and offline marketing activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms.
- Proficient in design and content creation, with a creative approach to campaigns.
- Strong time management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proactive and hands-on, with a focus on taking initiative and driving projects forward.
- Results-driven with a process-oriented mindset, focused on achieving goals efficiently.
