π We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Paid Advertising and SEO to join our dynamic global marketing team. In this role, you will take ownership of executing and optimising paid campaigns, while actively supporting SEO initiatives with the guidance of channel experts. You will also collaborate across teams and external partners to deliver measurable marketing performance that supports business growth.
π Daily activities:
Paid Media Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn in collaboration with experts in paid campaigns.
- Monitor performance against key metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS) and recommend optimisations.
- Apply accurate UTM tagging and ensure consistent campaign tracking.
SEO Support
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation with support from SEO specialists.
- Coordinate with content and web teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Track and report on organic performance metrics.
CRM & HubSpot
- Use HubSpot for campaign tracking, reporting, and integrations with paid ad platforms.
- Ensure data flows correctly between platforms to support accurate reporting and ROI analysis.
Analysis & Reporting
- Produce clear performance reports with actionable insights.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities based on data trends.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
- Coordinate marketing projects and keep deliverables aligned with business priorities.
- Share insights and learnings to support wider marketing efforts.
π‘ Requirements:
- Hands-on experience managing Paid Ads campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Practical understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and on-page optimisation.
- Confident use of HubSpot, with knowledge of CRM basics and integrations with advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with GA4 and campaign tracking.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- A proactive, self-sufficient mindset β fast learner, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Excellent communication in English (C1 level) and collaboration skills.
