We are looking for a Senior CRM / Email Marketing Executive to work on a variety of retention campaigns for our highly impressive Health & Wellness client.
You will support the Senior Email Marketing Manager in the end-to- end email campaign execution, working with key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are delivered. The role will be within the Retention team driving customer demand from the customer database across a diverse product portfolio.
This role is remote – however you must be based in the UK or Channel Islands – for monthly office visits.
The Role
- Work with the Retention Manager and internal stakeholders to create monthly email campaign plans that align with the wider direct marketing campaigns, incorporating testing to drive improvement.
- Work with and brief, wider Product, Ecom, Data and Design teams to plan and deliver best in class retention campaigns.
- Drive the email personalisation programme.
- Basic HTML coding for campaigns and automated BAU emails.
- Provide insights into competitor activity.
- Apply email marketing best practice across all areas, searching out innovative ideas and experimenting with your own ideas.
- Proactively share ideas and insight with the rest of the team.
- Supervise, mentor and provide guidance to a junior executive when needed.
The Person
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a CRM/ email marketing environment.
- Experience of working on “retention” focused email campaigns.
- Previous experience within an e-commerce and/or FMCG preferred.
- Experience using the Adobe Email Campaign platform is preferred.
- Confidence to supervise a junior member of staff when needed.
- Knowledge of wider direct marketing channels and data analysis.
- Ability to multi-task, excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Team player who is accountable, proactive and driven.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
