Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML/DL solutions, from data collection to model training, optimization, and production deployment
• Build and optimize Computer Vision models for object detection and video analytics with real-time inference
• Develop, research, and implement NLP solutions for text processing, classification, and information extraction
• Create and maintain scalable machine learning and deep learning pipelines
• Deploy models to different environments
• Optimize and fine-tune models
• Perform data analysis and visualization to deliver actionable business insights
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Hands-on experience in Computer Vision and NLP
• Strong proficiency in Python; working knowledge of R and SQL
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
• Experience with OpenCV, YOLO / Ultralytics, or similar CV frameworks
• Practical experience with NLP libraries
• Experience deploying models to production environments
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, and version control systems (Git)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with edge AI deployments
• Knowledge of LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, CI/CD for ML)
• Background in Applied Mathematics or Statistics
