Job Description:
Need: UX/UI Designer and SharePoint Developer: Design user-centered interface for SharePoint site and build/implement the design into Principal's instance
Qualifications:
• Collaboration: Interested in learning from others and hearing their perspectives, as well as willing and motivated to share own ideas and understandings.
• Communication: Communicate with key stakeholders with the goal of achieving a common understanding. Express rationale behind design decisions and receive feedback as a means for improvement.
• Graphic Design & Illustration: Use visual/graphic communication as a method for expressing concepts using standard industry tools. Understand basic visual/digital graphic design principles.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Ideate potential experiences. Develop wireframes to communicate visually and gather feedback. Build wireframes into functional prototypes. Accept feedback on prototypes and iterate designs. With assistance, determine the proper level of prototype or wireframe fidelity. Iterate through multiple design concepts and make changes without bias.
• Strategy: Current and engaged in experience/design trends and best practices.
• Concept Development/Coding: Develop/build the designed SharePoint site into Principal's instance of the platform.
Responsibilities:
• Small project-roughly 2 weeks (40 hours to design and 40 hours to build)
• Looking for someone to DESIGN and build SharePoint site
o Needs to look nice/have some sizzle
o Create 5-6 tabs containing multiple documents on each
o Will have ability to add new content
