✨ The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the user experience of Workfully’s platform while driving the tactical execution of product improvements.

This is a hybrid role — 80% Product Design, 20% Product Management — ideal for someone who’s not only a strong UX/UI designer but also enjoys collaborating closely with developers and making sure that great design gets built properly.

You’ll work under the guidance of our Senior PM & Designer and collaborate directly with developers, helping bring new features to life, polish existing ones, and deliver high-quality experiences recruiters love to use.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design of features: from discovery and flows to final UI and handoff
• Translate product requirements into clean, user-centric interfaces
• Ensure high-quality implementation by supporting developers during sprints and visual QA
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product reviews with the dev team
• Write tickets and define acceptance criteria for UX-driven tasks and small product enhancements
• Contribute to the growth and maintenance of our design system
• Run usability checks and gather user feedback to inform iterations
• Help ensure product quality and consistency across the recruiter platform

🧠 You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, ideally in B2B SaaS or productivity tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean interfaces, intuitive flows, and systems thinking
• Excellent Figma skills and hands-on experience working with design systems
• Great attention to UX details and implementation quality, especially in agile environments
• Comfortable collaborating closely with developers and participating in sprint rituals
• Bonus points for:
• Experience in HR, recruiting, or talent tech
• Exposure to early-stage startups and fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with AI tools or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows to streamline research, ideation, or prototyping
• Fluent in English
• Based in Portugal, with flexibility to travel occasionally to Barcelona HQ
