About the role
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive the strategic growth and manage the operational facets of our diverse brands on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical acumen, an innovative mindset, and a track record of effective team leadership and brand development.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Workflow Optimization: Lead a team of virtual assistants and other staff, ensuring optimal delegation, decisive management, and rigorous follow-up on tasks. Establish regular communication routines to assess progress, address issues promptly, and ensure team alignment with brand goals.
Strategic Innovation and Trend Incorporation: Regularly analyze market trends and competitor strategies to innovate and adapt brand tactics, ensuring our brands remain competitive and trendsetting in the e-commerce landscape.
Brand Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement robust brand strategies, maintaining consistency across all marketing and sales channels. Spearhead the launch of new products and manage the lifecycle of existing products to optimize brand equity and revenue.
Advanced Listing Optimization: Utilize advanced SEO techniques and tools for keyword research, content optimization, and A/B testing to enhance visibility and conversion rates of product listings.
Performance Metrics and Data Analysis: Leverage tools such as Data Dive and Google Sheets to track and analyze performance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions that propel brand growth.
Comprehensive Advertising and Promotional Strategy: Coordinate with PPC teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns. Manage content for Amazon Stores, A+ pages, and Shopify storefronts, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and strategy alignment based on analytical feedback.
Proactive Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to continuously assess the competitive landscape, identify growth opportunities, and preempt market shifts.
Brand Protection and Compliance: Monitor and enforce brand guidelines, manage intellectual property issues, and handle challenges such as unauthorized sellers and counterfeit products effectively.
Influencer and Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and strategic partners to amplify brand reach and engagement. Oversee customer interaction strategies to enhance brand loyalty and reputation.
Market Expansion Planning: Evaluate and pursue opportunities for brand expansion into new markets and product categories, considering both risks and growth potentials.
Creative and Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with freelancers and specialists for creative projects (graphic design, video editing) and manage technical projects to support brand needs and campaigns.
Expert Data Handling: Manage complex data sets using Amazon Seller Central, flat files, and category listing reports. Ensure accurate data management and utilization to support strategic decisions.
About you
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive the strategic growth and manage the operational facets of our diverse brands on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical acumen, an innovative mindset, and a track record of effective team leadership and brand development.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce and Amazon brand management, including working with a team of VAs.
Strong data analysis skills and creative thinking.
Proficient in Data Dive app, Google Sheets, flat files, and category listing reports.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central's features.
Experience in managing tasks and projects on ClickUp.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
