We're looking for a People Data Scientist to join our dynamic People Analytics team. This is a critical role designed to help solve Procore's most complex people problems through advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. You’ll be a strategic thinker and a proactive problem-solver, transforming data into compelling narratives and actionable solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive business outcomes.
A key area of impact will be your close partnership with our Talent Acquisition team. You'll move beyond traditional reporting to build predictive models and uncover deep insights that optimize our hiring strategies, improve quality of hire, and help us win top talent in a competitive market.
This position will report to the Director, People Analytics. We're looking for someone to join our team immediately.
