Marketing Operations Manager - Job Description:
The Marketing Operations Manager will support core marketing operations with a focus on AI-related processes, intake management, and communications. This role involves coordination across the marketing organization to ensure efficient workflow and delivery of programmatic deliverables, blending program office support, team operations, and emerging AI enablement work.
Marketing Operations Manager - Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to streamline AI review and approval processes.
- Gather and assess AI use cases and feedback from the Marketing Organization.
- Support marketing-wide AI coordination, communications, and enablement efforts.
- Develop and execute change management activities for AI processes.
- Support project portfolio governance and manage intake requests.
- Prepare meeting materials, executive-level updates, and leadership-ready summaries.
- Assist with annual and quarterly portfolio planning.
- Support development and rollout of operational tools and templates.
Marketing Operations Manager - Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations or program management.
- Experience supporting intake, planning, or governance processes.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Interest in AI technologies and capabilities.
- Highly independent and adaptable.
