We are seeking a positive, motivated, detail-obsessed, and trustworthy Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our high-energy team. This role supports both the event marketing and innovation teams and offers the chance to work with forward-thinking leaders while growing your career in marketing operations and events.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Responsibilities
- Support email marketing campaigns (list building, campaign planning, editing, formatting, testing, and launching).
- Maintain and track event data in Salesforce CRM and shared documents.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, target accounts, and competitors.
- Assist with event coordination (logistics, invitations, registrations, communications, and Zoom management).
Operations Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and scheduling for meetings, events, and calls, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and notes; follow up on outstanding tasks and reschedule as needed.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, proofreading, document prep, and cross-checking for accuracy.
- Support software and tools used across marketing and operations (Salesforce, MS Office, project management tools).
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years professional experience (event or marketing support experience strongly preferred).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Growth-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working remotely with global teams.
